Third Eye by SI™ provides AI-generated tarot and symbolic reflection for entertainment and personal reflection. It does not provide psychic certainty or medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice.

Your decisions

You remain responsible for every decision and action. Do not use the service for emergencies, diagnosis, professional advice or claims about another person’s private thoughts.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to misuse, overwhelm, reverse engineer or bypass access controls, submit unlawful, abusive or infringing content, or use the service to make accusations, threats or high-stakes decisions.

Subscriptions and purchases

Paid membership checkout is handled through secure Stripe billing and account-bound entitlements. Checkout presents the billing period, price, renewal, cancellation and refund terms before purchase. Book purchases and live reading checkout remain available only when the corresponding product flow is activated.

Books and digital materials

The Luminous Veil™ books, covers, excerpts, reader materials and related digital files are copyrighted materials owned by SI Technologies, LLC unless another credit is shown. Purchase or access grants personal use only and does not transfer ownership, resale, redistribution, public posting or training-data rights.

Marks and ownership

Third Eye by SI™, Sia™, The Luminous Veil™, Luna, Raven, Vesper and related product names, marks, artwork, page designs, copy and reader personas are owned by SI Technologies, LLC unless otherwise credited. Third-party names and source traditions are referenced descriptively and remain the property of their respective owners.

Refunds and access

Refund requests may be sent to support@thirdeyebysi.com and are reviewed against the purchase type, account record and applicable payment evidence. Digital book access and membership entitlements may be revoked after a refund, chargeback, dispute or payment failure. Live-reading refund and no-show rules will be shown before booking.

Live readers

Future live-reader sessions will be delivered by vetted human readers. Sia may prepare a session only with your consent, and you must be able to review, edit or decline the briefing before it is shared.

Availability

AI, voice, account and future live-reader services may occasionally be delayed or unavailable. We may update features to improve safety, accuracy and reliability.
