What we process

Third Eye by SI™ processes the questions, card selections and optional birth details you submit to generate the experience you request. Do not submit sensitive medical, legal, financial or identifying information.

Device and account storage

Saved readings, language choice and voice preference may be stored in your browser on the device you use. If account storage is enabled in the candidate environment, signed-in reading history and support intake records may also be stored server-side for that account.

AI processing

Submitted content is sent securely to our AI service provider to generate readings, translations, card-photo identification and voice audio. Uploaded card photographs are used to identify the displayed cards.

Digital books and delivery

When book access is activated, purchase and entitlement records may be used to authorize access to The Luminous Veil™ materials. Permanent public PDF links are not intended; access should remain account-bound and server-authorized.

Live-reader preparation

If live readings are activated, Sia will share only the session briefing you approve. A live reader will not receive unrestricted access to your Sia history, payment data, private account details or unrelated readings.

Retention and control

You can clear device-saved readings from My Readings. For account-related privacy requests, email support@thirdeyebysi.com so the request can be reviewed and handled through the support process. We do not sell personal information.

Children

This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
